LO 6 - rewrite

In this essay I want discuss my project from 2 part. First is from technology development. Second is theory development. 

In technology part, because my project is a interactive movie, I need to make a full movie by myself. Sothat I learned how to make a movie in professional way. I learn it from a CD call “How to make your movie- an interactive film school”http://www.interactivefilmschool.com/ .  From this CD I know the all steps about how to make a profession movie. When I was making the movie, I found some 3d technology support was very necessary. After learned the filmmaking process, I was learned the 3d software call Cinema 4D. Cinema 4d is a very easy to use, and I can search a lots of tutorial from the internet. During the learning period, I found animation was good for story telling and it easy to control. Because that I was change my idea to make a animation movie. In the original idea, I decided to make a full 3d animation. However, in the making process I found many problems that I can not fixed. From this reason, I start redo the character design to graphic style. Nevertheless for some especially character I still use 3d to do it. 

Before the interactive movie idea, I thought to make a project with processing and physical computing.  Therefore I learned processing and physical computing as well. Due to the learning period was not enough, I kept idea for future development. Now I am still learning the code.

As a result of interaction, in the fina show I would use flip book to connect the movie and audiences. I learned digital printing knowledge as wel. For instance, the PDF file is good for print, how to use Indesign to manage all the print file. Before I print the file I should to test the frame for the movie and cut some useless shot.  Finally I am learning the Adobe Flash Catalyst CS5 now. This software is design for interactive designer. Designers can make the interactive project without code writing. For me, I will use this software to make a online interactive version for anyone who want watch my movie. 

In theory part, I learned what is interaction and different level of interactive narrative. I found some interactive free lecture in iTunes U, Apple iTunes function. I also got some essays from my friend, who study at LCC interactive media, it’s very helpful for me to understand interactive movie. 

To sum up, the couse is short, however, I still got what I want to do and learn. I learned how European think about arts and how they work. It is very useful experience for me. After this couse, I may try to find a job in here, I think I should more communicate with others. It may be the most importent things for me.
